The dealership needs a better detail shop.
The dealership needs a better detail shop. The skies were overcast and I didn't notice how condition of the paint. All black cars noticeable paint imperfections. This is a bit extreme. My detail guy is taking care of that now. The description at the bottom the add stated that it was a courtesy or loaner car but it was a 2 owner. Barry was cool and easy to work with. This the third car that I purchased with him being the salesman.

My detail guy is taking care of that now. The description at the bottom the add stated that it was a courtesy or loaner car but it was a 2 owner. Barry was cool and easy to work with. This the third car that I purchased with him being the salesman.

I was interested in possibly trading in my car and
I was interested in possibly trading in my car and arrived at the dealership right before closing. The GM graciously let me take the 2026 GLC 300 for a test drive. Of course I loved it! First-class organization run by first-class professionals. We were looking for a commuter car, good on gas, safe and at a reasonable cost. We found a beautifully preserved vehicle that was perfect for our needs. What came next surprised me. We were treated as if we were buying their most expensive vehicle. Our sales consultant, Barry London, took us through the test ride, financing, and purchase with knowledge and outstanding courtesy and care. He answered all questions and gave us a tour of our vehicle, made sure we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles, and paired my phone before we departed. We will be back, we will look up Barry, and I am sure we will get the first-class treatment again.
