Purchasing a vehicle from several states away while simultaneously returning an existing Mercedes-Benz lease could have been complicated, but your team made the transaction seamless.
We would like to thank Barry London who put the deal together and Austin Shemon who handled the documentation. They we were courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent, details were handled efficiently, and we always felt well-informed.
We were especially impressed with how well they managed the North Carolina tax, title, registration, and temporary tag requirements. Interstate transactions can present challenges, but everything was handled smoothly.
