I have a 2007 Mercedes-Benz E350 4-Matic with over 154k miles and, a 2011 E63 AMG. The old saying, "You get what you pay for..." is quite true! Why? As a Mercedes-Benz fan, I am big on service and maintenance. My motto is, if you take care of it, it will take care of you! The last thing I want is, to break down alongside the highway because I failed to take care of preventive maintenance items (brakes, tires, mechanical repairs, etc). Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz will ensure that your service experience is the very best. Their motto is, "The Best or Nothing." Their parts department is outstanding too! Need an OEM part, call, text or email them! I could go on and on about the quality but, you must see for yourself, stop in for a visit, check out their amazing show room, peruse their automotive inventory! We also had the pleasure of working with Christine Thomas, the Finance Manager. She was very prepared when we sat down with her and made completing all of the necessary paperwork straightforward and efficient. We appreciated how smoothly she handled everything.

We bought a GLE at Hagerstown Mercedes with Barry and the whole process was easy and didn’t take all day. He answered any questions and explained all the features of the vehicle very well. It was a great experience and I would definitely buy from there again.
Great customer relations from the entire team. Barry London was awesome. They told me the truth about the vehicle. I bought the car today and I believe it was a good decision. Barry was humble, jovial and receptive. The finance lady was also courteous.
The dealership needs a better detail shop. The skies were overcast and I didn't notice how condition of the paint. All black cars noticeable paint imperfections. This is a bit extreme. My detail guy is taking care of that now. The description at the bottom the add stated that it was a courtesy or loaner car but it was a 2 owner. Barry was cool and easy to work with. This the third car that I purchased with him being the salesman.
