I don't often write reviews, but Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has earned every one of these five stars.
When I purchased my vehicle, Sales Consultant Barry made the entire buying process professional, honest, and enjoyable. Even more impressive was what happened after the sale. It's easy to provide good customer service when you're making a sale—it's how a dealership responds afterward that truly shows its character.
I experienced a post-sale issue that my local Mercedes-Benz service department was unable to diagnose. Rather than leaving me to deal with it on my own, Barry and Service Liaison Lisa took ownership of the problem and went far above and beyond my expectations. They arranged for someone to drive a loaner vehicle over 65 miles to my home, picked up my vehicle, transported it back to their dealership, diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, and returned my vehicle to me.
That level of commitment, communication, and customer care is incredibly rare today. At every step, Barry and Lisa kept me informed and made sure I was taken care of. They demonstrated that their commitment to their customers doesn't end when the paperwork is signed.
