This dealership is amazing. Lexi had the car I was interested in all prepped and ready for the test drive, she knew all the features, and she had an easy test drive route mapped out. Here is where it gets better…AFTER I bought the car, she and her manager topped off the gas tank and delivered my car to my house 30 miles away. They never mentioned that during the transaction. Great price attracted me. Low/no pressure brought me in. The dealership's attention to detail by bringing the car "up to snuff" sold me. The oil was changed, new brakes, two new tires, gas tank full + free copy of carfax report - all added up to the odd feeling of dealing with a trustworthy company.

My Mercedes E400 had moderate body damage. In the parking lot Barry walked by and asked me how many miles the car had. When I told him 150,000 he replied, "You should fix it. These are good for 300,000 miles." Imagine a car salesman suggesting I repair my car rather than buy a new one. You will never be pressured to buy a Mercedes here. They know that the cars sell themselves. And I did buy another car from Barry.

I bought a GLC 300 with premium package. I found it online and make an eeservation. When I went there, the car is in good condition and a good price. The salesman is very nice, and they are doing business in an honest way. As a comparison, I went to another dealership in Maryland with two cars reserved. When I arrived, they told me two cars are all sold, and ask me to test drive a much more expensive one.
