First-class organization run by first-class professionals. We were looking for a commuter car, good on gas, safe and at a reasonable cost. We met an excellent young salesman that was very polite and personable. Was extremely helpful and answered every question that we asked and if he didn’t have an answer he went get the answer before we left . Got the keys to what we wanted to see and explained all the functions that were offered and well as put us inside and showed us . It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and we were able to get what we wanted at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz for a smooth transaction from begging to end . Chris Gregorian just made this a great experience and we appreciate his friendship.
