First-class organization run by first-class professionals. We were looking for a commuter car, good on gas, safe and at a reasonable cost. We found a beautifully preserved vehicle that was perfect for our needs. What came next surprised me. We were treated as if we were buying their most expensive vehicle. I was interested in possibly trading in my car and
I was interested in possibly trading in my car and arrived at the dealership right before closing. The GM graciously let me take the 2026 GLC 300 for a test drive. Of course I loved it! My husband worked everything out with the sales rep Chris Gregorson who made the trade transaction go smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase and our experience at the Hagerstown Mercedes Dealership.

Chris was wonderful to work with. I've been on a car journey for the last few months, being extremely specific and particular with what I wanted. Chris understood the assignment and set me up with exactly what I wanted, and in record time. Will absolutely be coming back when this car is ready to be retired. We met an excellent young salesman that was very polite
We met an excellent young salesman that was very polite and personable. Was extremely helpful and answered every question that we asked and if he didn’t have an answer he went get the answer before we left . Got the keys to what we wanted to see and explained all the functions that were offered and well as put us inside and showed us . It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and we were able to get what we wanted at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz for a smooth transaction from begging to end . Chris Gregorian just made this a great experience and we appreciate his friendship.
